Travel insurance is not covered by the event and must be organised by the delegate.
Visas and vaccinations must be organised by the delegate.
Should the event be cancelled payments made in respect of the event will be refunded in full, however, we are not liable for any consequential damages incurred due to such a cancellation.
Full payment required 30 days after receipt of invoice.
Cancellation on your part after agreeing to attend will incur a cancellation fee.
